Working with and communicating information efficiently is a foundation in getting a project right from the start – even if something has gone wrong or a mistake is made.
No project is perfect from the start, but the ability to overcome problems with effective solutions and seeing any barriers that may hamper the delivery of the program is essential. It is also essential that that information is relayed to all those who need to know and honesty is key in all of this.
